Our policies are formulated to clarify expectations & establish understanding between clients & company

Pricing & Payment

We offer a simple flat rate pricing that allows you to get a fair price and you know the cost before the work is completed. A flat rate also allows out team to focus on the job and not the time. The price does not change regardless of the amount of time it takes or how many cleaners are needed. ​• Payment is due on the day of service. Online payment is available but will attract a convenience charge to you. Please indicate to us if you would like to pay online. Payment may also be received by leaving a check or cash in a noticeable area in the house on the day of cleaning.

Cleaning Frequency

Rates may increase as the costs of living, labor, and materials increase. We reserve he right to adjust our rates to keep up with the economy, however we will always try our best to keep our rate increases moderate. Clients will be notified in advance.

Quotes are sometimes given based on information collected from clients or there might be significant changes to the spaces after the initial quote was given. In this case, we reserve the right to adjust the quote based on new developments. Once this quote is adjusted and affirmed after first cleaning, the flat rate system will be back in effect.

We offer various routine cleaning frequencies for you to choose from. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. Cleaning outside of these frequencies falls into a different category of cleaning. Discounts are offered to cleaning frequencies to encourage shorter times between cleans, hence better maintenance. You may change your cleaning frequency at any time, but this will also mean a change in price.

Scheduling + Rescheduling

Once you have selected a cleaning frequency, we will add you to our schedule and communicate these dates with you on a monthly basis. You may confirm or request different dates at this time. If you need to reschedule, new dates must remain within the bounds of your frequency.

Skipping A Cleaning

The longer we go between cleaning, the more work will be needed to restore your home to the appropriate standard. If you skip a cleaning, the next cleaning will incur an additional 20% of your flat rate. Cleaning which surpasses three months will return to "first clean" rates.

Cancellations

Once a service is scheduled and confirmed between client and company, cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to service date. We do understand that life happen, and things may happen out of our control; in this case, cancellation may be accepted outside of the allotted time at our discretion. Cancellation attracts a charge of 50% of cleaning price.

Traffic Free

We ask that your space be free of traffic (people & pets) during service time. We highly request this so that our team always have easy access to all cleaning areas. This also allows us to effectively carry out our cleaning routine. If you absolutely must be home during service, we ask that you keep out of your cleaner's path.

Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory, but is greatly appreciated. If you decide to tip your cleaners, we ask that you put it in a labelled envelope to make sure the cleaners know it is for them.

Additional Services

Additional services may be carried out with advance notice. If you would like an additional service or would like to make changes to the regular cleaning patters, this must be done at least 24 hours before service time. No changes can be made on the day of service.
